A People Company is what Fairsail is, we are paving the way in this transformation to both being a company with excellent employee engagement and empowering and enabling our customers to have excellent employee engagement as well as knowledge of what the company is made up of at their finger tips. Not only will this information be readily available to the right people, but we’re encouraging the role of the People Scientist to analyse people data just as marketing and sales analyse their data, in order to maximise the potential of the workforce and improve the workforce experience.
Recruitment can be seen as People Marketing - putting the emphasis on the fact that we are marketing our company in order to attract the best talent into the business. And what if we could have all of our past recruitment data as well as our talent pool at our finger tips to utilise when executing our future plans?
This shift in culture could be somewhat of a sea change and won’t happen immediately, but it is certainly set to transform our workforce experience and ultimately our business success.
Fundamentally we’re helping organizations become people companies. This is going to take a while. The change from personnel to HR took 15 years, and there are some companies and some verticals honestly that may never make that transition. That’s okay, because we won’t work with them.
